Reconnect, rejuvenate and relax. This group is for Meditation. Relaxation and stress release is guaranteed. Breath affects and controls many of our body functions. When we breathe properly we manipulate these functions and improve our overall state of health. Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
